PARENTS:
Please provide the BHS Soccer
Committee with feedback by completing the
following survey before February 1. You may
open the document link, complete the survey
using your computer, save and return through
email OR download the pdf file, print a copy of
the survey, complete it and return it to Jayne
Heier at the high school. If you return a hard
copy, please take it to the front office and ask
the secretary to place the survey in Jayne’s |mailbox. All responses
will be kept confidential.

ATHLETES: Athletes were given the opportunity
to complete a survey in school. There was an
announcement for the student athletes to stop
by
either Jayne Heier's room (Room 122) or Stacy
Chidaushe's room (Room 116) at the high school
to complete the survey sometime between
January 18 and January 25. If your child missed
the opportunity to do this, please ask them to
do so before Friday, January 27.
The Student Athlete survey needs to be completed in school.
